The California Prostate Cancer Coalition (CPCC) and the Helen Diller Family Comprehensive Cancer Center of UCSF proudly present “The 4th Annual Patient Conference on Prostate Cancer,” was held in person and virtually on Saturday, March 9, 2024
A stellar faculty, included Eric Small, MD; Peter Carroll, MD, MPH; Matt Cooperberg, MD, MPH; Mack Roach III, MD; June Chan, ScD; Rahul Aggarwal, MD; and Thomas Hope, MD, present during the Conference.
Topics included an Overview; Genetics and Genomics; ADT; Localized, Recurrent, and Advanced Prostate Cancer; Active Surveillance; AR Targeted Treatment; Chemotherapy and Radioligand Therapy for Metastatic CRPC; Immunotherapy; Bone Health; Surgery; Radiation; Focal Therapy; Imaging; Diet and Exercise; Symptom Management; and New Treatments on the Horizon. This Conference will help patients become better informed about their care and learn how to engage in effective, shared decision-making.
